Homeless shelter contractors have hired unqualified subcontractor to staff shelter, they endanger occupants safety, plus you have hygiene facilities that don't work, plus behavior Health
and Jefferson Health Care don't/won't assist consumers that need help with hygiene and other essential needs, plus overcrowding you are number one county in homeless per capita and
shelter housing number one transmitter of infectious disease you are not meeting essential life needs of consumers even though you got paid to do so, very poor participant/consumer
satisfaction considering, County city look the other way bad faith response on the part of county, city, state, looking the other way. Executive order 15-01 Bob you are the head of
homeless housing please assist the county and the city in acquiring the PTYC it will be in trust as county asset, it will create revenue to pay for insurance and maintenance, ADA compliant,
fixed up, showers toilets laundry and medical triage so important this is designed to serve the most vulnerable. The Marine Trades Association is for this if we let them use it for
a mail drop for boat yard workers and transitory/permanent live aboard folks who lost their mail shack the Port Townsend Port Authority used to have. Again the docks out in front will
be used for shoreline cleanup and restoration volunteer rescue and indigenous access. Don't pass up a chance to finally do something right when you have been doing wrong for so many
years with ignorance negligence and indifference to the harm caused to the most vulnerable populations .
