A collaboration between the City, Port of Port Townsend, and Jeffco PUD, the project improves power reliability, eliminates safety concerns, and allows for a one-acre boatyard expansion. The effort includes trenching for underground power lines, removing overhead lines and poles, building sidewalks, and adding new trees and landscaping.
