SUBJECT: ADVISORY BOARD RESIGNATION (1) re: Acknowledgment and
appreciation of the conclusion of Kim Rafferty's 15 years of public service as a
member of the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Advisory Board.
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Kim Rafferty's term concluded with the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Advisory
Board in May, 2025. She served on the board for 15 years.

RECOMMENDATION:
JCPH management recommends acknowledgment and appreciation of the conclusion of Kim Rafferty's 15
