Regular Meeting — Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.

CALL TO ORDER and INTRODUCTIONS: As Greg Brotherton is Chair of the Housing Fund Board, and this
was the first meeting of the Housing Task Force (HTF), he stated he would be Acting Chair. He called
the meeting to order. Member Cochrane joined at 10:36 a.m.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Acting Chair Brotherton called for public comments, and no comments
were received.
5-YEAR PLAN OVERVIEW: Member Sonntag shared a presentation re: Planning process for homeless
and affordable housing task force, which included plan purpose requirements, plan structure,
mandated objectives, data elements and meeting schedule.
SMALL GROUPS ACTIVITY: The HTF Members met in small groups that did not constitute a quorum of
HTF or HFB members. As this created audio issues for those tuning in online, Acting Chair Brotherton
called for a recess at 11:15 a.m. and the meeting reconvened at 11:30 a.m.
DISCUSSION re: Nominations and selection of Housing Task Force Chair and Vice Chair for 2025: Clerk
Gallaway proposed a motion to appoint Audrey Morford as Chair and Heather Dudley-Nollette as Vice
Chair. Member Cochrane moved the aforementioned motion. Member Jones seconded the motion.
Acting Chair Brotherton called for public comments on the motion, and no comments were received.
He called for a vote on the motion. The motion carried. He passed chairing duties to new Chair
Morford.
DISCUSSION re: REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE: As the doodle poll was not yet completed, the HTF
members did not make a decision on the regular meeting schedule. The next special meeting will be
held on May 28, 2025 at 12:30 p.m.
