STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
County Employee, Karen Bednarski, Accountant with the Auditor's Office, received the Washington State
Professional Finance Officer Award. Ms. Bednarski has received this award for the past twelve years.
ANALYSIS:
Letter congratulating Ms. Bednarski are attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and sign the letter congratulating Ms. Bednarski.

from the Washington Finance Officers Association. This annual award requires ongoing
educational and professional excellence on the part of each individual and is not automatically
awarded.
