Greetings -
Thanks again to Shelly, Diana, Marsha, Ann, Debbie, and Alexis, who all met yesterday with me, WSDOT officials, and our three RFP <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vSNFT1L3awCeEKl67x-kbHE3Iq0Ydny1/vi
ew?usp=sharing> roundabout sign finalists. The pre-bid Open House conference went well.
(Our previously identified fourth qualified vendor pulled out due to a lack of confidence that they could identify and book space with an alternative fabricator in order to have their
design delivered on time and under budget.)
Moving forward, we need to hear from you ASAP if you are ready and able to commit to:
a. Meeting via Zoom, date and time TBD, (between June 4-17) to discuss the RFP scoring rubric and process.
b. Reviewing and scoring the three RFP's between June 19 and June 23.
c. Forwarding your RFP score sheet to me for preliminary compilation by June 23
d. Attending - ideally in person - (location - Andrew's Suite, Resort at Port Ludlow) - or if necessary via Zoom, starting at 3PM with our three designers to hear their final RFP presentations
and ask questions.
And here's the kicker... we have a request to change our published June 25 final presentations, to June 26, same time and location. This would result in an amendment to our our original

The question before you - are you on board with, and able to fully commit to, the meeting milestones outlined above, doing the necessary RFP review and advance homework, and accepting
the change in calender from our original June 25 to Thursday, June 26 for all the steps necessary help us identify this gateway roundabout sign designer?
Please respond with your indication if you're IN or OUT as soon as possible.
