The tram was reviewed under a Shoreline Substantial Development and Conditional Use Permit(SDP02-00037). 2.) Sections 6.6 and 6.7 of the Jefferson County Unified Development Code requires that your proposal submit a Small Parcel Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plan. 3.) The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs)to control stormwater, erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater and drainage control systems. 4.) The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife issued Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA) for this activity on 3/27/03 under Log Number ST-F0890-01. The HPA expires on 2/15/03. 5.) Prior to commencing development activity, proponent is responsible for informing the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) in order for WDFW to determine whether this action is subject to the Washington State Hydraulic Code (Chapter 220-10 WAC). Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA) is required for all hydraulic projects, which are defined as construction or performance of other work that will use, divert, obstruct, or change the natural flow or bed of any of the salt or fresh waters of the state. 6.) In addition to Jefferson County permit conditions, the project proponent shall comply with all conditions set forth by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife through Hydraulic Project Approval. 7.) Prior to commencing development activity, the proponent is responsible for informing the US Army Corps of Engineers (COE) in order for COE to determine whether a Department of the Army permit or review is required. Generally, review is required for construction and dredging in or around navigable waters of the US and for work or fill in hydrologically connected wetlands. Reviewed under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) by Jefferson County acting as lead agency. Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) issued on November 8, 2002. 9.) The site plan as submitted with the buillding application on 3/27/03 has been reviewed for consistency under the UDC, and has been approved by Jefferson County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or additions to the stamped, approved site plan dated 4/17/03 shall be resubmitted for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development. 10.) All work must pass Inspection in conformance with all applicable codes and regulations. Earth anchors and piers such as Chance screw anchors and Ischebeck Titan drilled and grouted tie -back anchors shall be installed as recommended by the manufacturer. The anchors shall be capable of supporting a minimum of three times the loads indicated on the drawings, which are a design load that is double the actual load [for a total minimum factor of safety of six (6)]. Each tension anchor shall be tested to this indicated minimum after installation. Anchors shall be installed so that they are within five (5) degrees of being in line with the angle indicated on the design drawings.
