downstairs. Not structurally but aesthetically to
signal to youth how they are valued and prioritized;
new paint, new (donated?) furniture, new games
and books (see Connectivity Fair youth video and
comments from Danny Milholland).

or so, could clean the roof and paint the wood
structure on the covered area.

Lease it to the City to transfer responsibility
Consider a revised agreement for operations
possible consideration of City taking over the
property ownership – or at least lease to City for
maintenance in perpetuity.
