JEFFERSON COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF LOWER ADELMA BEACH ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Jefferson County
Hearing Examiner to review and receive comments on a road vacation petition.

LOCATION OF SUBJECT RIGHTS-OF-WAY:
Northwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter, Section 32, Township 30 North, Range 1 West.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST:
Principal petitioner, has requested the County vacate (per Chapter 12.10 Jefferson County Code
and Chapter 36.87 RCW) the western 20 feet of the Lower Adelma Beach Road right of way
abutting parcel 001-324-021.
PUBLIC HEARING:
The Jefferson County Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing at 2:00 p.m. on July 29,
2025 to consider the request to vacate these road rights-of-way. This is a hybrid meeting; you are
welcome to attend in-person or online via Zoom. Comments may be presented via testimony
during the hearing or mailed or emailed to the Contact Person listed below.
