Forks: Daytime roadwork at US 101 Calawah River Bridge June 9-12
FORKS – Daytime drivers who use the US 101 Calawah River Bridge north of Forks are advised to plan additional travel time.
What’s happening
From 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, June 9, through Thursday, June 12 travelers will see one way traffic on US 101 approaching the Calawah River.
Why this is needed
Washington State Department of Transportation crews will alternate traffic at the bridge while they replace the paved surface of the bridge deck.
Travelers should expect brief stops in both directions of US 101 while work is underway.
This work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled.
