As planned, most spending for the 2025 Wooden Boat Festival has not yet ramped up;this will occur starting next
month (May).Our Festival Director is completing determinations this week regarding adjustments to our work
plan following the dissolution of Fort Worden Hospitality. Other key activities have included the detailed planning
of our promotional efforts,as well as the design of our initial print ads.
As reflected in the attached itemized statement, our spending thus far has been related to Marketing/Promotion.
We placed our first%-page ad in WoodenBoat Magazine,targeting 65,000 wooden boat enthusiasts nationwide.
This is the first step toward our promotional goal of attracting new non-local visitors to our programs.

This report and any attachments may be subject to disclosure as a public record under the Public Records Act, RCW
Chapter 42.56.A minimum of six years,you must maintain documented proof of payments made, contracts executed
and other expenditures authorized under your Agreement with Jefferson County. Upon reasonable notice,you must be
able to provide access to County or State representatives to audit those records.
