The county responds to complaints and provldes technical assistance regarding proper handling and disposal of solid wastes at these Identlf1ed fadlltles: Indian Island Inert landfill, PT Paper Inert Waste landfill, JC MRW Facility, PT Blosollds Compost Fadllty, JC Transfer Station & Recydlng Center, Qullcene Drop Box, JC Closed landfill, and four exempt facilities (Valley View DaIry Compost, Leavltt Trucking & Excavating, Shine Facility, Peninsula Auto Wrecking). The County also responds to and investigates Illegal dumping and SW complaints. The county provldes public outreach about proper handling and disposal methods. This amendment puts stipulations on Phase 1 spending and adds guidelines to completing progress reports.
