Critical Areas Ordinance Update Presentation a. Synopsis: DCD staff has transmitted draft version of the Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas and the Wetlands section of the Critical Area Code (Jefferson County Code 18.22). Staff will describe proposed changes to the code. 9. 2025 Comprehensive Plan Update a. Synopsis: The Public Review Draft of the Comprehensive Plan has been released and the Planning Commission has been tasked with reviewing it and providing the BoCC with recommendations. b. Assignment: Review and discuss the Climate Element, Natural Resources Element, and the Environment Element of the Public Review Draft of the Comprehensive Plan. Provide DCD with suggested revisions for the three elements. 10. ADJOURN
