General Fund at 39.4%, 36% and 34% in prior years
Other funds at 26.9%, similar to prior years
General fund cash balance – at $9.4M
Reserve balance $4.75M, Non reserve cash balance $4.662M
Special purpose sales tax higher than previous –
@ 35.2% of annual budget, up 25% over ‘24

Hotel/Motel – YTD 4.7% below budget, up 4.1% from prior year
