Call to Order: Member Bob Gebo called the meeting to order called the meeting to order at 2:00
p.m. in the presence of Member Dan Taylor, Chief Examiner Sarah Melancon, and Secretary Kristen
Bennett.
Public Comment: No comments received.
Approval of Minutes: Member Taylor Motioned to approve the meeting Minutes from March 25,
2025, as presented. Member Gebo seconded the Motion. The Motion carried.
New Business:
1. Discussion of resignation and replacement of Chair, Ken Przygocki: Advertisement was placed in
the PT Leader. As of meeting date, no letters of interest had been received.
2. Appointment of Chairman for 2025: Member Gebo nominated Member Taylor for the position
of Chair. Member Taylor abstained from the vote. Member Taylor was appointed as Commission
Chair.
Old Business:
1. PST transition to GSI Exam candidate update
a. Approval to remove candidates from Eligibility List: Member Gebo moved to remove
candidates from the Eligibility List. Chair Taylor seconded the Motion. The Motion
carried.
2. Update on utilization of PST for future Patrol Sergeant Exam administration: Chief Examiner
Melancon provided the Commission with an update on the approved budget increase, which
includes funding for using PST for future Sergeant Examinations.
Closing Remarks: Previous Chief Examiner update from Member Gebo.
Notice of Adjournment: Chair Dan Taylor adjourned the special meeting at 2:10 p.m. until regular
meeting scheduled June 24, 2025.
