This report provides an objective, data-driven look at the far-reaching economic and social contributions of tribal governments throughout Washington.Taylor's findings affirm what tribal leaders already know, tribal governments are not only major economic engines but also vital to improving the quality of life for both Indian and non-Indian communities across Washington. According to the report,tribal government revenues directly support a wide range of public services including education, health care, housing, environmental restoration, infrastructure, firefighting, law enforcement and charitable programs.
