COME NOW Appellants,who move, under Jefferson County Hearing Examiner Rules of
Procedure(JCHERP) Rule 2.2, for a continuance of the date for the SEPA/Open Public Hearing, for
the following reasons:
1. The current hearing date of July 25,2025, was selected before the deadline date for the
SEPA appeal and before the SEPA appeal was filed.
2. Appellants were not consulted in selecting the date (as Appellants were not yet
appellants).
3. Appellant Marilyn Showalter committed in February 2025 to care for her four-year-old
grandson July 19-26, 2025.
4. Appellant Jan Wold has a significant surgery scheduled for July 24, 2025, that will
require follow-on care and treatment.
