Respondent/Applicant Rock Island Shellfish submits this response to Appellants'

Motion for Continuance of SEPA/Public Hearing Date. Rock Island Shellfish does not

object to a brief,three-to four-week, extension of the SEPA/Public Hearing Date, but
19
opposes anything beyond that as it would result in significant hardship to Rock Island
20
Shellfish.
