JONTRACT AMENDMENT 91 <br />AGREEMENT <br />By and Between <br />JEFFERSON COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY <br />And <br />JEFFERSON COUNTY <br />For Hotel -Motel Funding 2015 <br />This Amendment 41 is by and between JEFFERSON COUNTY (hereinafter known as <br />"COUNTY" and the JEFFERSON COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY (hereinafter known as "HISTORICAL <br />SOCIETY "). <br />WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the HISTORICAL SOCIETY entered into an Agreement on <br />February 23, 2015 for Hotel -Motel Funding in 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the terms of that Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 30, 2015 the Jefferson County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee <br />(LTAC) was advised that additional Lodging Tax revenue was projected to be available for appropriation in <br />2015 without reducing historic fund balances; and <br />WHEREAS, the LTAC reviewed and recommended $2,996 in additional funding be <br />awarded to the HISTORICAL SOCIETY to support greater delivery of services under the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES AS NAMED <br />HEREIN that the Agreement executed on February 23, 2015 is hereby amended as follows: <br />1. An additional amount of $2,996 will be paid in a lump sum to the HISTORICAL <br />SOCIETY upon execution of this Amendment for the performance of the services for <br />the design and printing of 25,000 promotional rack cards for distribution system wide on <br />the Washington State Ferries; Design and printing in the amount of $1,230 and <br />Distribution by Certified Folder in the amount of $1,766. <br />2. The total 2015 Hotel -Motel amount will not exceed $58,660. <br />3.
