The recording machine was unavailable <br />due to polling class use of Board Room. <br /> <br />BE-85-19R: (Parcel #936-904-306) Board onsite inspection at 9:42 AM on the <br />thirteenth of September and also viewed comparables 1,2 and 3 of the Assessors. <br />Petitioner was seeking relief on land valuation. Dge to proximity of the parks and <br />the parks restrotms. He was contesting only the land valuation. Property has water <br />view with only partial potential for future( Loss due to construction of adjacent lots. <br />Moved to sustain the current valuation. <br /> <br />BE-85-10R: (Parcel #972-903-704) Board onsite inspection at 9:30AM on the thirteenth <br />of September as well as comparables of the Assessor. Petition requested relief due <br />to past valuations did not reflect limits of viable rental rate.
