Board Members in <br />attendance were Barber and Dalgleish. The new Clerk, Dierdrei <br />Whiteford, was also present. <br /> <br />Board of Equalization Chairman, Chet Dalgleish and Member, <br />Archie Barber, met to organize new office space, files, furniture, <br />etc. <br /> <br />Also developed the required Public Notice for publishing DATES and <br />DETAILS of BOARD OF EQUALIZATION matters. <br /> <br />The Board of Equalization's new "Clerk of the Board", DIERDREI <br />WHITEFORD, was indoctrinated to her duties and responsibilities. <br />She began functions of the office. <br /> <br />There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 11:30 A.M. <br /> <br />APPROVED BY: <br /> <br />DATE <br /> <br />APPROVED: ~li ) <br /> <br />(p iN /!fgJ <br />.
