DE LEO <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN <br />MEMBER <br />ALTERNATE <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER <br /> <br />5, 1 9 9 0 <br /> <br />The Board of Equalization convened at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman A.C. <br />Dalgleish, vice-Chairman David G. Douglas, Member Archie Barber, <br />Jr. and Clerk Dierdrei Keegan present. The Board dispensed with <br />the reading of the Minutes of previous meetings at this time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE 1990 BOARD <br /> <br />Chairman Dalgleish noted that the Board of Equalization started <br />meetings on July 15, 1990 and that the Board remained in session <br />for 28 days. He stated that the Board of Equalization is to <br />adjourn Sine Die in accordance with washington Administrative Code <br />458-14-035 subparagraph 7: <br /> <br />"(7) The board may adjourn from time to time during <br />the regularly convened session but shall not be <br />adjourned sine die, until the last day of the <br />twenty-eight day period, and shall be consid- <br />ered adjourned after the expiration of the <br />twenty-eight day period, for purposes of the <br />regularly convened session. The board shall <br />adjourn after each reconvened session when the <br />purposes for which the reconvened session was <br />requested or required shall have been <br />accomplished." <br />
