DeLeo Member <br />Chairman William S. Marlow called the meeting to order at 10;00 a.m. in the presence of Vice -Chairman <br />Richard A. Broders and Member .fames A. Box 725 <br />Quilcene, WA 98376 <br />DETERMINATIONS <br />BOE: 99-09-R PN: 701213 005 <br />99 -10 -LO 701205 015 <br />After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the <br />Board concurred to change the value of parcel #701 213 005 by valuing 20 front feet at $1,100 with a <br />reduction of 25% for depth; 80 front feet at $500 with a reduction of 25% for depth; and 165 front feet at $500 <br />with adjustments for depth and excess front footage. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor's <br />valuation of $201,200 ($126,245 for the land and $74,955 for the improvements) and reduce it to $153,499 <br />($78,544 for the land and $74,955 for the improvements). Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried <br />by a unanimous vote. The Board also concurred that the value of parcel 9701205 015 should be based on a <br />front footage rate of $1,100 per front foot with a 5% reduction for depth. Vice -Chairman Broders moved to <br />overrule the Assessor's valuation of $157,500 and reduce it to $115,500. Member DeLeo seconded the motion <br />which carried by a unanimous vote. Vice - <br />Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the value of $212,430 ($36,000 for the land and <br />$176,430 for the improvements) to $202,630 ($36,000 for the land and $166,630 for the improvements). <br />Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
