Broders. Member James A. DeLeo was not present. <br /> <br />HEARING WAIVERS/ASSESSMENT CORRECTIONS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Broders moved to accept petition withdrawals from the following individuals based on <br />assessment corrections agreed to by the appellant and the Assessor's office: <br /> <br />APPELLANT <br />Alice L. Lead Property Technician Sherrie Shold represented the Assessor's office. After <br />reviewing the hearing process Chairman Marlow swore them in. This appeal is based on the denial of a Senior <br />Citizen and Disabled Persons Exemption by the Assessor's office for 1999. It is believed by the Assessor's <br />office that Mr. Hicks does not reside at 370 Dennis Blvd., Port Townsend for a continuing period of six <br />months or more.
