O'Meara, with all <br />members present. <br /> <br />Virgil See appeared and spoke with the Board about a new fire <br />station that will be built near the airport within the next year. Mr. See <br />explained that the new fire hall will be built on property with 250 feet <br />of road frontage. Because the County will be making a new entrance to the <br />airport the Board advised Hr. See to talk with the Engineer's Office to <br />coordinate the plans. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 37-80 re: Hearing notice for budget appropria- <br />tion and transfers for the Auditor's and Treasurer's Offices. $32,724.10 <br />is needed to cover costs incurred for the total data processing needs of <br />the Auditor's and Treasurer's Offices. Hearing will be held April 28, 1980 <br />at the hour of 11:30 a.m. Commissioner Brown moved to approve and sign <br />the resolution, Commissioner Mercer seconded the motion. Unanimous. <br /> <br />Al Jakeway appeared to request that Glen Bagley work <br />to see which lights in Quilcene should be funded by the County. <br />instructed Bagley to help Nr. Jakeway with this. <br />Mr. Jakeway also talked with the Engineer Sanstrom about the <br />property. <br /> <br />with him <br />The Board <br /> <br />cemetary <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM COUNTY DEPARTMENTS: <br /> <br />Auditor re: 1. Payment for County Insurance Policies. Auditor Betty <br />Anderson submitted the policies for auto and fire insurance. <br />Board had no objections to the policies but advised Mrs. <br />Anderson to check the list of the automobiles to verify <br />department ownership. <br /> <br />Planning re 1. S.E.P.A. Threshold Determination on Moore's Mobile Home <br />Park. Al Carmen presented the environmental check list. <br />The Moore's proposal is to subdivide 3.24 acres of formerly <br />wooded forest land into 12 single family residential trailer <br />sites; including the construction of all roadways and <br />activities necessary for furnishing of water, electrical <br />power, telephone and septic sanitary systems for each site. <br />Commissioner Mercer moved to declare a declaration of non- <br />significance, Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. <br />Unanimous. <br /> <br />2. Planner Carol Saari submitted a proposed resolution for <br />establishing the 1980 Overall Economic Development Program <br />(O.E.D.P.) Committee. The Board questioned if the Committee <br />has to be reestablished or reactivated only. They advised <br />Hs. Saari to check on the requirement. <br /> <br />3. Variance for family exemption on road standards. Mrs. <br />Ruth Polk requests a variance from the full 60 foot ease- <br />ment to 30. She would like to give her daughter about <br />2.5 acres with an access down the west boundary of her <br />property. The other 30 feet was to come from adjacent <br />property owner, but at this time it is not possible. Com- <br />missioner Brown moved to allow the administrative variance, <br />Commissioner Mercer seconded the motion.
