DE LEO <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN <br />MEMBER <br />ALTERNATE <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />J A N U A R Y 9, 1 9 9 1 <br />FOR THE YEAR OF 1990 <br /> <br />The Board of Equalization convened at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman A.c. Dalgleish, Vice- <br />Chairman David G. Douglas, Member Archie Barber, Jr. and Deputy Clerk Julie Matthes <br />present in the absence of Clerk D. Keegan. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairman Dalgleish noted that the Minutes of October 5, and 10, 1990 were read by the <br />Board Members. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to approve the Minutes of OCTOBER 5, <br />and 10, 1990 as presented. Member Archie Barber, Jr. seconded the <br />motion which carried by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Chairman Dalgleish noted that the amended Minutes of September 28, 1990 and October <br />3, 1990 and November 9, and 21, 1990 were read by the Board Members. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Douglas moved to accept the Minutes of SEPTEMBER <br />28, 1990, OCTOBER 3, 1990, and NOVEMBER 9, and 21, 1990 as <br />previously approved and amended. Member Archie Barber, Jr. <br />seconded the motion which carried by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />PENDING MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairman Dalgleish noted that the four sets of Minutes pending were not provided due to <br />the malfunctioning of the computer processing unit. <br />
