DeLeo called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. Vice-Chairman Richard A. <br />Broders and Member William S. Marlow were also present. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Dick Broders moved to approve the minutes of October 26 and 27, 1994 as <br />presented. Member Bill Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />DETERMINATIONS <br /> <br />Jack lacolucci <br />140 Hurricane Ridge Drive <br />Sequim, W A 98382 <br /> <br />BOE: 94-04-LO <br /> <br />PN: 801 324 009 <br /> <br />Chairman DeLeo reported that the Board reviewed the information provided by the petitioner and <br />the Assessor and conducted an inspection of the property. Vice-Chairman Dick Broders stated <br />that the Assessor provided several comparable sales that indicate the property value was assessed <br />fairly. Mr. lacolucci feels the property is less valuable since it has been logged. Timber value is <br />not considered during assessments and is not relative to the property value. Vice-Chairman Dick <br />Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $17,745 for parcel number 801 324 009. <br />Member Bill Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Vice-Chairman Dick Broders stated the petitioner is concerned with <br />the value of $6,000 placed on the land improvements for the well and septic system.
