Marlow called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman Richard <br />A. Broders and Member James A. As this is the case with the appellant's property the current <br />assessment is fair and equitable. Vice-Chairman Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of$20,680 <br />for parcel number 3037079. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Vice-Chairman <br />Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of $148,725 for parcel number 901 193 007. Member DeLeo <br />seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
