Marlow called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman Richard A.
Broders and Member James A. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. It is the finding of the Board that the current assessment could be obtained if the property were
listed on the open market, thereby, reflecting fair market value. Vice-Chairman Broders moved to sustain the
Assessor's determination of value in the amount of $208,300 ($85,475 for the land and $122,825 for the
improvements). Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
