Appraiser Charley Hough represented the Assessor's office. Vice-Chairman <br />Broders explained the hearing process and swore them in. The property under appeal is approximately <br />6.64 lots with a residence located at #82 Elizabeth Street, Port Townsend. Only the land value is being <br />appealed. Mr. Sukert stated he purchased this property in 1989. At that time it was zoned for light <br />industrial use and he purchased it with the intent to use it for that purpose.
