All Board Members were present, <br />with the exception of Members Masci and Rodgers. All staff members were present. <br />There was a quorum. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chair Sullivan moved to approve the agenda with minor changes in the order of the <br />agenda items. Member Westerman seconded the motion, which carried by a <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Member Westerman moved to approve the minutes. Board Member FrisseIl <br />seconded the motion, which carried by a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Chair Sullivan called on the public for comments. <br /> <br />Jennifer Taylor described the merits of "Virtual V A Clinics" to the Board. She explained <br />the Olympic Medical Center is trying to improve access to health care services for <br />veterans on the Olympic Peninsula. She circulated a petition for signatures. The idea <br />would be to utilize the existing providers and facilities at Jefferson Healthcare, thus <br />eliminating the need for another building. <br />
