Brown with <br />all members present. <br /> <br />Approval of the Minutes: The minutes of the January 18, <br />1984 meeting were approved on t':le motion of Commissioner O'!1eara, seconded <br />by Commissioner Pitts. Unanimous. <br /> <br />NURSING DIRECTOR REPORT: <br />that Bud Gerber, Superintendent ot <br />District, ':lad advised her that the <br />at the school. <br /> <br />Gretchen Gephart, D.O.N., reported <br />the Queets-Clearwater School <br />scabies problem is now under control <br /> <br />During January, in-service education for pepole who administer medications <br />at the area group homes was accomplished. Gretc':len also advised that <br />the Shagella that is listed on ~he monthly report was reported by a <br />private physician who is taking care of the treatment and the follow- <br />up treatment. <br /> <br />Waiver requests rei Jefferson. County Food Service Ordinance <br />No. 2-77, Public Restrooms Section 4.1a: 1) Request trom San Juan <br />Grocery: Gael Stuart read t':le variance request from Sue Dillingham, <br />Owner of the San Juan Grocery. Upon the recommendation of the Health <br />Department staff, Commissioner Pitts moved to approve the variance <br />as requested by San ,Juan Grocery provided they meet all of the other <br />Health Department' r~quirements for this type of establishment. Comm- <br />issioner O'Meara seconded the motion, unanimous. <br /> <br />2) Time Oil Company request: The letter explaining the reasons for <br />this requested variance to allow one restroom at the proposed Store <br />and Service Station', to be located at the Corner of Ness Corner County <br />Road and Irondale County Road in Hadlock, was read by Gael Stuart. <br /> <br />Randy Durant reported that Time Oil has not submitted food service <br />plans to date. Commissioner Pitts moved and Commissioner O'~1ea'::"a seconded <br />~he motion to approve the variance as requested by Time Oil, Inc. <br />provided they meet all of the other Health Department and State requirements. <br />
