The landowner will <br />need to contact and consult with the Washington Department ofFish ~ Wildlife (WDFW) prior to any <br />clearing or construction. Please contact the WDFW at (360) 681- 4216. <br /> <br />RI Any lot located between 400 and 800 feet of a nest tree site: Retain all known perch trees and all conifers <br />~24 inches diameter at breast height (d.b.h).
