This whole thing sounds like <br />a costly venture to me. <br />First, people who lose property or the use of property, need to be compensated. <br />Second, we will lose tax revenue from the re-designated land. <br />Then, there's the cost of the legal fight, sure to come. <br /> <br /> <br />M.
